We’re heading into week three with Trim Healthy Mama!

Here are a few of our family’s favorite recipes from the first two weeks:


Blueberry Coconut Muffins (page 259).  Grain-free, sugar-free, gluten-free, and AMAZING!



Zest of Southwest Soup (page 294).  We enjoyed this savory soup along side Australian Guacamole (page 406) and organic blue tortilla chips.

Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes (page 363).  This is a delightful and quick meal for a warm day!

Chunky Cream Pops (page 374) served on the Vintage Dessert Rose plate from Blessings Unlimited.  These tasty frozen treats were a huge hit!

Basic Quiche (page 319).  This beautiful dish looks and tastes anything but “basic”!  Gourmet but amazingly simple to prepare.

    I LOVE that you are going through THM!! I was doing THM strictly for a couple of weeks and then we got so busy that I got off. I need to get back into gear and lose the rest of this baby weight :) I can;t wait to download your menu plan! Thanks for sharing!!
