We’re heading into week three with Trim Healthy Mama!

Here are a few of our family’s favorite recipes from the first two weeks:
Blueberry Coconut Muffins (page 259). Grain-free, sugar-free, gluten-free, and AMAZING!
Zest of Southwest Soup (page 294). We enjoyed this savory soup along side Australian Guacamole (page 406) and organic blue tortilla chips.
Succulent Citrus Fish Bake (page 286).
Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes (page 363). This is a delightful and quick meal for a warm day!
Mini Chocolate Cakes for Purists (page 382). Decadent and delicious!
Chunky Cream Pops (page 374) served on the Vintage Dessert Rose plate from Blessings Unlimited. These tasty frozen treats were a huge hit!
Basic Quiche (page 319). This beautiful dish looks and tastes anything but “basic”! Gourmet but amazingly simple to prepare.
