Miss A wanted something “special” this morning for breakfast, so I suggested muffins!
My girls and I ended up enjoying a little tea party along with our muffins… what a lovely way to start our day!
These muffins are absolutely heavenly… very moist and tasty!
Double Chocolate Banana Muffins
1-1 /2 C flour
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In a small bowl, combine bananas, oil, and egg; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 350-degrees for 20-25 minutes or until muffins test done. Yields one dozen.
These fluffy muffins were just perfect for a little girls’ tea party and were so easy to mix up! I plan to take a batch to our Biblical parenting class this week for our church ladies to enjoy. I think you’ll enjoy them too!
